  • Convenient parking for a fee is within a block of the building. Don't worry about convention parking or having to walk for blocks to a parking space at our location. The following are possibilities for our guests and clients:
    • 20 min. meters on Chestnut Street.
    • 2-hour meters on Pine Street.
    • Parking validations for the handicap accessible covered parking garage adjoining the building (driving access through Chestnut Street entrance). Validations can be conveniently added to your invoice. Free parking on weekends for this garage.
    • Monthly assigned parking spaces are included for one Representative with Private Office Rental.
  • Public access Wi-fi.
  • A staffed lobby during traditional office hours with access to Business Concierge referrals for local restaurants and attractions downtown. Tell us what you're looking for. We'll help you with referrals for options to suit your needs like time constraints, desired experience, food preference, delivery options, and more.
  • Staffed building security is on the first floor available outside of our traditional office hours.
  • Daily housekeeping includes trash removal, vacuuming, and care for all our suite shared spaces during office hours like our lobby, shared private meeting rooms, breakroom, and business lounge.
  • Coffee by the carafe and water by the pitcher included for all meeting spaces upon request. Self-serve steamed milk and espresso by the cup, and water service by the glass in the suite lobby.
  • Three shared private meeting room options with variable access depending on your service option for as little as an hour.
  • Online access to book a meeting room. Check availability and options 24/7.
  • Access to copier, scanner, fax, a la carte.
  • Managed mailing services, a la carte.
  • Shredder access.
  • Breakroom with a toaster oven and microwave with endless coffee.
  • All utilities are included such as heating and air-conditioning, Internet, water and power.
