Denise Reed, Chief Business Connector, comes with 20+ years of business experience, a Bachelor degree in Business and Associate Degree in Advertising using a combination of education and experience to manage projects, staff, contractors and resources to meet client needs. She thrives on bringing together the right people with the best skills to improve processes and the “bottom line.” If she doesn’t know the answer she knows where to find the answer, or who to call for the answer, especially here in Chattanooga, TN. She’s a native Chattanoogan, born and raised. She has traveled the U.S., Mexico, and Europe fueling her desire to learn and extend hospitality. She has worked with all types of clients including: Chattanooga Coca Cola, T.V.A., Shaw Industries, Inc., AstraZeneca, Chattanooga Area Convention and Visitor Bureau and more…on all kinds of projects. She has substantial experience combining management, project coordination, advertising, and computer skills. She’s a serious advocate for entrepreneurs and women in business. Toni Craw is an enthusiastic, encouraging woman with a background in accounting, customer service, data entry, and sales. She loves providing services to help others. Courtney has experience with editing, copy editing, proofreading, publishing, event planning and scheduling, managing social media, and receptionist duties. She finds joy in organization, time management, improving efficiency, analyzing, and being resourceful to others. She achieved Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Academy in 2016.
In her spare time, Courtney plays cello, loves to exercise, cook, travel, curl up with giant novels, and has three cats.
